As the allegations of molestations against Head Pastor of the Commonwealth of Zion Assembly rages on, Nollywood actor and member of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly has now used his social media platform to announce the renunciation of his membership with the Church.
The actor who joined other protesters in the Nigerian capital city Abuja to protest at the Church headquarters on June 30th to demand justice on behalf of Busola Dakolo and ask that the head pastor step down expressed his dismay at the response from the church so far.
In a recent post shared on his Instagram page, the actor expressed that he was careful with matters like this because he is not an advocate of jungle justice. He, however, noted with disappointment, the reaction of the church authorities and went to disclose the termination of his membership with COZA.
“It is shameful for me to call myself a member of that church. A friend said to me his moves are like that of Pablo Escobar. I couldn’t help but agree. It has taken me time, but I am finally here.” he said.
He went also used the opportunity to renounce his membership of the house of God and called on every other person with a conscience to follow suit.
